YONA Terms of Use

These terms are the agreement between you and The Dove Design Co. LLC ("we", "us") for the YONA app and the editing service behind it. By using YONA you agree to them.
The service
YONA guides you through photographing a home, and we edit the photos you send and return the finished set. During the beta the service is free, may change without notice, and may have faults.
Your account
You must be 18 or older. Keep your sign-in to yourself. One account is for one person. Teams and brokerages get their own seats.
Your photos
- You own your photos. Nothing here changes that.
- You give us permission to store, process and edit the photos you send so we can deliver the service.
- If "Help improve YONA's editing" is on, you also give us permission to use the photos you send to train and test YONA's own editing models. We never sell your photos, never publish them, and never use them to advertise without asking you first. You can turn this off at any time, and it applies to photos sent after that.
- You confirm that you have the right to photograph each property and to share those photos with us, including the owner's permission where it is needed.
What you agree not to do
- Send photos you have no right to share.
- Use YONA to photograph people without their consent.
- Try to break, copy, or resell the service.
Finished photos
We edit to a professional standard and check our work, but editing is automated and no result is guaranteed. Review your photos before you publish them. You are responsible for what you publish, including meeting your MLS's rules on photo accuracy.
Payment
When paid plans start, prices, billing period and renewal terms will be shown in the app before you subscribe. Subscriptions bought in the app are billed by Apple and managed in your Apple account.
Ending
You can stop using YONA and delete your account at any time from Menu, Account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.
Liability
YONA is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Illinois.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, the app will tell you before the change applies.
